I’m Charice Lavonya, founder of CLav Art Studio: Where Creativity Meets Calm. I am a visual artist and educator who creates expressive works, mostly portraits, in charcoal, pastel, paint, and mixed media. I started creating art at the age of 7, entertaining my great-grandparents with my storytelling and eccentric illustrations.Drawing from over 25 years of experience nurturing creativity in children, I use art as a tool for reflection and calm. My work and teachings encourage youth and adults alike to channel their emotions through art and discover peace in the creative process.
